FiveM resources bought through Tebex are delivered to the Cfx.re account you signed in with at checkout. You download them from the Cfx.re Portal at portal.cfx.re, in the assets section.
It can take a few minutes after payment for a purchase to appear. If it has not appeared after an hour, contact support with your Tebex transaction ID.
Escrowed resources
Some resources are protected with FiveM Asset Escrow. Each product page says whether it is. An escrowed resource:
- is encrypted, so some or all of its files cannot be read or edited;
- runs only on a server whose license key belongs to the same Cfx.re account that owns the resource;
- usually leaves configuration files open, so you can still change its settings.
If an escrowed resource will not start, the most common cause is a server license key from a
different Cfx.re account. Generate a key from the account that owns the resource and use it in your
server.cfg.
Transferring a purchase
Cfx.re handles asset ownership. Check its current rules before moving a resource to another account, and ask us if you are unsure.
