About these terms
These terms cover your use of summitmods.com. Summit Mods is run by its two founders in the United Kingdom and is not a registered company. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Buying from the store
Store purchases are sold and processed by Tebex as merchant of record. When you buy, you accept Tebex’s terms of sale, and the product is licensed to you on the terms in our licensing information. Our refund policy explains refunds. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We describe products as accurately as we can, including the frameworks and versions they have been tested on. If a product is not as described, see the refund policy.
Custom development
Custom work is agreed in writing before it starts. The written quote sets out what is included, the price, the payment terms, the timeline and what you may do with the finished work, and it takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to, through the site;
- try to get unauthorised access to the site, its functions or the systems behind it;
- send spam, malware or automated traffic designed to overload the site or its forms;
- copy or republish our content, products or branding except as the law or our licences allow.
Our content and brands
The site, its design and content, and the Summit Mods name and logo belong to us. FiveHQ is a Summit Mods product with its own terms on its own website. Summit City RP is a community run by the Summit Mods founders, with its own rules.Other names and trademarks belong to their owners. Summit Mods is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.
Other websites
We link to sites we don’t run, such as Tebex, Cfx.re, Discord and our other brands’ sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Where the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that are caused by events outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home nation’s courts.
