Our products are digital content: FiveM resources delivered to your Cfx.re account. This page explains when you can get a refund. It does not affect your statutory rights.
If something is faulty or not as described
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product isn’t, email us at billing@summitmods.com with your Tebex transaction ID (it starts with tbx-) and what is wrong.
We will first try to fix it, usually with an update. If we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, or without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
A product is not faulty because it does not work with a framework, version or resource that its product page does not list, or because it has been edited. We will still help where we can.
Changing your mind
You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the content starts being supplied to you, if you agreed to it being supplied straight away and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. Tebex asks for that agreement at checkout.
Because FiveM resources are delivered to your Cfx.re account straight after payment, purchases usually can’t be cancelled for a change of mind once they are delivered. If something went wrong, such as buying the same thing twice, email us and we will look at it.
How refunds are paid
Tebex processed your payment as merchant of record, so refunds go back through Tebex to the payment method you used. When a purchase is refunded, its licence ends, and access to the resource can be removed from your Cfx.re account.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can usually sort things out faster that way.
Custom development
Refunds and cancellations for custom work are set out in your written quote, and do not affect your statutory rights.
