A Summit Mods product

FiveHQBuilt for immersive FiveM servers.

One Discord for the whole community, with every department, business and gang’s members, ranks, SOPs, leave, duty and applications in FiveHQ and in the city. Whatever happens in Discord happens in game, and back.

What it does

Every module, one database.

What happens in Discord happens in game, and the other way round. These are the modules that ship today.

Factions

Factions & ranks

Ranks, sections, callsign schemes that assign themselves, permission-carrying flags and custom columns. Appoint, promote, transfer and remove, with every change on the record.

Requests

Applications

A real form builder: every field type, unlimited fields, sections and requirement gating. Multi-stage review with claims, internal notes and one-click appointment on approval.

Factions

Duty tracking

Clock on from the web, from Discord or in game. Pauses, auto-close on disconnect, leaderboards, and history that is never trimmed.

Requests

Leave

Request, approve and deny with a scoped permission. Status and Discord roles apply and revert on their own, extensions and early returns included.

Conduct

Discipline

Strikes with expiry and automatic thresholds, full case management with evidence, penalties, appeals, and suspensions that block duty everywhere until they lapse.

Support

Documents

Handbooks and SOPs in an autosaving editor, drafts and published versions, access by Discord role, searchable, and readable on the in-game tablet.

Support

Tickets

Channels or threads, intake forms, a shared queue with claims and priorities, internal notes, and HTML transcripts kept for as long as you want them.

Discord

Discord bot

Slash commands for everyday staff work, role sync, nickname formatting, per-event logging, moderation cases, automod and a public appeal portal. Scoped permissions, never Administrator.

Discord

Server protection

Anti-raid and anti-nuke with configurable thresholds, exempt roles, automatic lockdown and a firing history you can read afterwards.

Game server

FiveM integration

Whitelist checked at connect, Discord accounts linked to FiveM identifiers, bans that sync both ways, player lookup, and in-game job grades that follow the rank somebody holds.

Insight

Analytics

One picture of the whole community: headline numbers, shift hours by day, week and month, division breakdowns and the recruitment funnel. With CSV export.

Insight

Audit log

Append-only, written by the dashboard, the bot and the game server alike. Nothing is edited and nothing is deleted, on any plan.

Platform

API & webhooks

A REST API with scoped keys and published rate limits, plus signed event webhooks. On every plan, including the free one.

Commitments

What FiveHQ promises, and what it doesn’t.

Support you can reach

Support is by Discord and email. There is no response-time promise, on purpose: what FiveHQ promises instead is a public changelog and a status page that says when something is broken.

Your community owns its data

Not whoever created the account. A community can have several owners, ownership is a role rather than a person, and it can pass to somebody else without anything being rebuilt.

No credits, no metering

No per-scan charges. If FiveHQ ever ships an AI feature it is included in the plan, or it does not exist.

FiveHQ and Summit Mods

Built by Summit Mods. Run on its own.

FiveHQ has its own website, its own accounts and its own Discord. Signing up, plans and billing all happen on fivehq.app, and support for FiveHQ goes through FiveHQ’s own channels. This page is an introduction.
