We build the things roleplay communities run on: the places scenes happen, the resources that make a city work, and the software that holds a community together.
Summit Mods is an early-stage, independent studio in the United Kingdom. We fund it ourselves, and we are not a registered company yet, so there is no company number or VAT number to show you. If that changes, this page will say so.
What we do have is hands-on work in FiveM: we run a roleplay server of our own, we are building a platform for communities to run theirs on, and we make the interiors and resources that go into both.
Store purchases are sold and processed by Tebex as merchant of record, so your payment goes through an established checkout, and your receipt comes from Tebex.
What we run
Summit Mods is the studio. The others are things we build and run.

Software for FiveM communities: factions, applications, duty, discipline, tickets and a Discord bot, on one database and connected to the game server.
About FiveHQ
Our roleplay community
A UK serious roleplay server on Qbox. Some of our work is tested there, in a live city, before release.
About SCRPHow we work
We would rather release one thing that is properly done than five that nearly are. Nothing goes on sale until we would run it on our own server.
Every compatibility claim is something we have tested. Every price is the price you pay. If we haven’t done something, we don’t say we have.
Interiors are laid out for roleplay, scripts are written to be configured, and documentation is written for the person installing it at midnight.
Products get updates and a public changelog, and support emails are answered by the studio that built them.
What’s next
Until then, custom development is open, and the updates page is where releases are announced first.
