About Summit Mods

Who are you?

Summit Mods is an independent FiveM development studio in the United Kingdom. We build MLOs, environments, scripts and software for roleplay communities.

Are you a registered company?

Not yet. Summit Mods is an early-stage, self-funded venture. It is not a registered company, so there is no company or VAT number. Store purchases are sold by Tebex as merchant of record, so Tebex is the seller named on your receipt.

Are you connected to Rockstar Games or Cfx.re?

No. Summit Mods is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.

Buying

Who processes payments?

Tebex. It handles checkout, tax, receipts and delivery, and appears as the seller on your receipt. We never see your card details. How buying works.

Do I need an account?

Not to browse or build a basket. At checkout Tebex asks you to sign in with your Cfx.re account, which is where FiveM resources are delivered.

Where do I find what I bought?

In the Cfx.re Portal for the account you signed in with at checkout. Getting your purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy explains when refunds apply. It does not affect your statutory rights. Open a ticket in our Discord with your Tebex transaction ID, or email billing@summitmods.com if you’d rather not use Discord.

When does the store open?

With our first release. Announcements go on the updates page first.

Products and support

Which frameworks do you support?

Each product page lists the frameworks it has been tested on, such as Qbox, QBCore or ESX. If a framework isn’t listed, we haven’t tested it and don’t claim it works.

Are your resources escrowed?

Each product page says whether it uses FiveM Asset Escrow. Escrowed resources only run on a server whose license key belongs to the Cfx.re account that owns them.

How do I get help?

Join the Summit Mods Discord and open a ticket. The getting help guide lists what to include so we can help quickly.

Do I need Discord?

For support, yes: open a ticket there for help with products, orders and custom work. It is also where sneak peeks and release news go. Privacy requests, refunds and anything legal never need a Discord account: email hello@summitmods.com.

Custom work

Do you take commissions?

Yes. Open a ticket in our Discord and tell us what you need (the custom development page has the details) and we’ll come back with questions or a written quote.

How much does custom work cost?

Every project gets its own written quote, agreed before any work starts.
